Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of the CreatorUN platform (“Service”, “we”, “us”) and any individual using the Service (“User”, “you”).

By registering or using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and undertakes to comply with them.

CreatorUN is a B2B platform for managing short-video content production: idea planning, creator team management, editorial calendar, analytics, and integration with social networks (including TikTok).

The Service is provided as a web application. Access requires an account created by the administrator of your organization or obtained via an invitation.

• The User must keep account credentials confidential.
• The User is responsible for all actions performed under their account.
• In case of suspected unauthorized access, the User must promptly notify the administrator of their organization.
• The organization administrator may block, delete or modify accounts of users within their team.

The Service allows Users to connect third-party accounts (e.g. TikTok) via official authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0). By connecting an external account, the User agrees to the terms of service and privacy policy of the corresponding third-party service.

We request the minimum set of permissions necessary to provide the Service features and perform no actions beyond the permissions granted by the User.

The User may disconnect the integration and delete related data at any time from the corresponding section of the Service.

When using the Service, the User agrees not to:

• violate applicable laws and regulations;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access;
• use the Service to send spam, disinformation or other harmful content;
• transfer access to the Service to third parties without the approval of their organization administrator.

All rights to the software, design and content of the Service, excluding user-generated content, belong to the rightsholder. Use of any elements of the Service without prior written permission of the rightsholder is prohibited.

User-generated content (video ideas, scripts, metrics, etc.) remains the property of the User (organization). By placing such content in the Service, the User grants us a non-exclusive right to use it solely to provide the Service features (storage, display, synchronization).

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including failures of external integrations (TikTok and others).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all possible threats.

We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available at /en/terms. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

We may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or upon request of the User's organization administrator. Upon termination, the User's data may be deleted within a reasonable period.
